Lachlan Fold Belt, NSW

The Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales is prospective for a large scale copper gold porphyry system. Alice Queen has two highly prospective projects Mendooran and Boda East.

Previous drilling at Mendooran has confirmed the northern undercover extension of the Molong Volcanic Belt, which hosts the Cadia and Boda deposits. The two highest ranked drill targets at Mendooran correlate with a NW-SE cross arc feature associated with other deposits on this belt.

Boda East is adjacent to Alkane’s Kaiser-Boda deposits and is several hundred metres from the Boda discovery hole. Previous drilling along a north-south corridor has confirmed the Molong Volcanic belt and Cu intercepts.
